About HOGG'S

Based in South-West London, HOGG'S is the culmination of over 100 years of passion for bold, honest and delectable flavours. 

The recipe for Heritage Tomato Ketchup, aka HOGG Sauce, was originally created by my great-grandmother Alice in New Zealand, we suspect c. 1910-1920, and then handed down to my grandmother, mother and finally to me, Caleb Hogg - hence the company name.

HOGG Sauce has been a staple on our table for as long as I can remember and I have distinct childhood memories of helping my mother make the annual batch - which invariably would be gifted to friends & family around the world; Australia, Canada, US & UK.

Having always received such glowing reviews to the sauce, come late -2025 it was time to share it outside our friends and family.

All of our products link to distinct first-hand experiences; be it how to make tasty food easy and healthy, recreating favourite dining experiences or experimenting with unique ingredients, I love to tinker and perfect recipes - it's a true passion. Food is one of life's great pleasures and I strive to share this passion with everyone!

Our logo is a sketch of our family pet pig, Louise (2002 - 2016). She was a large and mischievous Kunekune who once escaped her pen with her sister Lisa, they trotted through paddocks and ended up taking themselves for a walk on Peka Peka Beach. Dad received a call from a neighbour saying that he thinks he saw our pigs walking along the shoreline on the beach, so off we rushed to bring them home, me on foot and Dad in car.

So many dear memories are wrapped up in these products and I'm incredibly proud to share them with each and every one of you.
